As a business, we are committed to doing everything in our power to serve and satisfy our clients. We are constantly expanding our range of products and hold thousands of units in each of our collections. This gives us the ability to offer same day deliveries throughout the North West region on orders placed before 1pm. This means our clients and their customers are never left waiting for the light fitting they need. 

0rders placed before 3pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option providing no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) Items are not dispatched on weekends. 

Our free same day / next day delivery service is for mainland UK & for orders with a total value of £150 net. Deliveries under £150.00 shall be charged £15.00. Carriage for all orders required urgently and sent under special arrangements will be charged at cost. Oversized pallets that attract additional carriage charges will be advised at the time of ordering. All deliveries to Ireland in excess of £300.00 nett are supplied carriage free of charge. 

Deliveries under £300.00 shall be charged £50.00 per order. Carriage for all orders required urgently and sent under special arrangements will be charged at cost. Oversized pallets that attract additional carriage charges will be advised at the time of ordering. Signature LED will not be liable for secondary costs as a result of late or failed deliveries. Deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands & Highlands are subject to quotation at the point of order. 

Collections are also available from Signature LED Lighting headquarters in Widnes as long as our Customer Service team have notified the purchasing wholesalers that their goods have been packed and are ready for collection. Once the notification has been sent the wholesalers are free to send a vehicle to collect their ordered goods.

Signature LED Lighting will not accept any goods without written authorisation from our Customer Service department. On receipt of a debit note, detailing why the goods are to be returned, a returns note or authorisation number will be sent via email as authorisation to proceed on returning the goods. This procedure applies to unrequired, wrongly ordered, incorrect and faulty goods.Return of goods where correctly supplied by Signature LED must be returned via the customer's own carrier, the goods must be in resalable condition and the customer will incur a minimum of 15% handling charge. 

Where goods are supplied incorrectly by Signature LED, we must be notified within 3 working days from receipt. In the event of any goods being either lost, damaged in transit, or short supplied, to validate a claim Signature LED must be informed in writing within 3 working days from the date of receipt. No claim will be valid if a P.O.A is signed 'received in good condition'
